Vegan Cannelloni with spinach and ricotta
An Italian dish that is easy to prepare using a few simple ingredients
Ingredients:
- 3 cups vegan ricotta
- spinach
- 4 cups pasta sauce
- 14-18 cannula tubes
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add spinach and ricotta to each cannelloni
- Pour 2 cups of pasta sauce into a baking dish, add the stuffed cannelloni and pour the rest of the sauce over it.
- Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Open and bake for 5-10 minutes.
